• Holders of Anglia Plus tickets may take a cycle with them, free of charge.
• But on mainline services between Ipswich and Norwich a free advance cycle reservation is essential.

• Tickets can be purchased from station ticket offices, train company Telesales offices, certain travel agents.
• And (where no ticket office is available) from on-train staff.

• Full refund on unused tickets returned before the start date shown on them.
• Refunds can only be made if a ticket is purchased in advance and presented for a refund before the date of travel.
